This modular plastic mesh belt conveyor is a versatile conveying device covering numerous industrial application scenarios. It provides multiple belt materials including PP, PE, ACETAL and Nylon, among which FDA and USDA graded belts are ideal for food processing production lines. It is designed with three structures: horizontal straight, lifting and curve, and can install baffles and side baffles to meet different customer process requirements.
Equipped with motor drive, the conveyor realizes precise speed control through variable frequency or infinitely variable speed. The fuselage adopts SS 304 material, with stable structure and long service life. The seamless modular mesh belt is easy to clean, resists pollutant penetration and impurity adsorption, suitable for conveying meat, seafood and other products.
