How do I start operating the equipment after it has been installed?   1. Make sure safety before you start the machine.   2. Adjust the belt tightness with tensioning bolt, keep certain sag when belt working and necessary Tensionion when it driving. And keep the conveyor belt running along the side plate, no deviation or edge biting.   3. Close the power switch in the control box.   4. Indicator lights will show whether the power supply is switched on.   5. We adjusted belt to the middle of the idler before shipment, after a period operation, belt deviation will happen. Using wrench to adjust the bolt in the head of the conveyor, minor adjustments can be made many times.   6. Conveyor is equipped with moveable wheels and foot sets. We can move the conveyor to the workstation, then lock the wheel brakes. And adjust the foot sets to the ground to make the conveyor stably. When we finished the work and want to move the conveyor, we need to stop the conveyor first, then lift the foot set, finally unlock the wheel brake. Conveyor can not be moved while running.
